Mr Francis Gergely studied Mathematics, Craft, and English. He has a university degree and Doctoral Degree (PaedDr.) of Natural Sciences in Education, Specialization: Theoretical Basis of Education in Mathematics. He teaches mathematics, IT, and English. He is a lecturer of teacher-training courses; an active participator in international and national conferences, a co-translator of Cabri II plus, Cabri 3Dv2 manuals into Slovak; member of the team of experts on Further Education for both teachers of mathematics as well as English teachers. He participates in projects of Monitor and PISA tests. He is the coordinator of 

- PC Based Math Projects for High School Students (a Comenius Partnership project - participating over 30 universities and secondary schools throughout Europe

- Developing Quality in Mathematics Education, a Comenius Network project - participating over 20 universities and 10 secondary schools throughout Europe, granted by EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Brussels
